I have been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years representing over $1B of real estate transactions. I received my undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and my Master’s degree from MIT’s Center for Real Estate. I am a co-founder and principal at Sun Valley Real Estate LLC where I provide professional representation and consulting expertise for buyers and sellers. I am a licensed Broker in Idaho and California. My office is the exclusive representative for Christies International Real Estate in Sun Valley, Idaho.

NOAH HENDRICKS

Noah grew up in the Pacific Northwest, but after his first trip to Sun Valley he was hooked and relocated in 2012. He has an extensive background in business management and real estate. He started his real estate career in Washington in 2005 and joined forces with Suzanne in 2017.  Noah has a deep knowledge of the Sun Valley luxury market having closed over $375,000,000 in transactions with Suzanne. He brings his passion and enthusiasm to every deal, always going the extra mile for his clients.
